On Wednesday the 25th of October Hornby high school year 8 went to quail island for a school trip it was part of our kete witch is kaitiakitanga it is linked to our kete because we were learning about the Habour that it sits on and how to make it better so that people can go and see the birds and looking after the island  that live there and the history. 

quail island is is a small island  within Lytteilton Habour  in  new Zealand witch was first discover in 1842 bye a man named

we could clean the environment  so its a better place.

we don't litter course there are bins and if you see then the use them.

don't wast water bye leaving the tap on or the shower when your not in it.

 what went  well:  people showed up and loved the food and games


what went bad: we ran out of   backed beans and toast and we burnt 4 peaces of toast  and there were only 3 chefs that showed  up to cook so we were still cooking when the guest  showed up to eat


what could of gone better: if everyone showed up and  we had more food

who helped : 3 of the chefs Mr carter the guest the principle and the cleaners the photo people sport.

The problem
We were given 7 cards each labelled 3, =, 5, x, +, 7, 8.  We needed to use all the cards to make an equation that is true.
