Harriet Tubman

In socail studies we have been learning about slavery Harriet tubman was a slave who escaped slavery she also helped others escape and lead them to freedom.

What my slide is about: my slide is about Harrietg Tubmans time in slavery and the songs she sung that had hidden messages and about  the underground railroad and how they can escape my slide is also about how Harriet found the underground railroad and how she hellped the escape using the underground railroad.

This year in english we are learning about anotherworld another divercity bye learning thie we are learning about how everyone should be treated the same and just couse they dont look like you they arnt necessarily bad.

A message from Supergirl, Welcome to Earth is that people should discriminate others on what they look like or were there from .This is because not everyone is the same and judging someone before you get to know them can make them feel bad and it will make you think badly about them. We saw this in the scene where supergirl judged mon-eli because of where he was from and because  she judged him it made him think badly and do bad things . This is why I think it is important to treat everyone the same no matter what. It makes me think about how others feel when they are being judged In an ideal world.

i think my team worked really well in a group of 4 no less and no more than 4 because 4 is perfect

my overall opinion: i think the rice had been over cooked as it was dry but as the sauce tasted better than i thought didn't really taste like curry tho i would maybe cook the rice a little less of time

my overall opinion:they tasted really plan needed more flavor  i would change  bye not cooking it as long but overall i thought they turned out better than i thought they would

socail studys human rights

  Human rights 

in socail studies we are learnig  about  human rights. human rights are  a right which is believed to belong to every person. human rights are rittion on a treaty that was made on the 10th of deceamber 1948 

the most interesting thing about our human rights is that eveyone has to go bye them .

for this topic i made a poaster about human rights. on my poaster it has some of the rights and pictures about the rights. it resresents human rights becouse its about freedem and beying treated the same, no matter what rac or language you speak or evan  what you look like.

Art drawing and shadding

in art we are learning to shade a cube.it  was a little hard to draw a cube that looked like it was coming out of the page as im not good at art.with shadding we darkend the edges of the cude and got llighter and lighter in the middle then we drew a shaddow and hadded that the same. with art and shadding its better to use a structure i find that it helps me draw better.

How do you think this work has gone

i think my work on this topic has gone really well i really enjoyed it and learnt a lot about animals in Antarctica.

What was the best section of your work 

my favourite part of this topic was learning about Climate change and how the animals survive climate change when the ice melts i liked learning about this because i thought it was fun and interesting how each animal survive differently to the others.

were did you go wrong in completing this assessment.

How might you do differently in the future   

add more cooler and information to our slide to make it better

Monday day 3

Aim :today i am going to start the volcano i want to start the base and the attach the bottom to the base we will also start shaping around the volcano

20ml potassium permeate 25ml hydrogen peroxide and a dash of detergent



What i accomplished: today we accomplished a recipe for or explosive liquid and we finished the structure of our volcano bye tapping paper balls around the bottle then paper machining.
Next time we need to paint the volcano and if need paper mach and test the fluid again as it didn't work the last time.

Aim: today we will be painting our volcano and testing our lava if we have time

What i completed today:today me and my group completed our volcano bye painting it brown we had a little difficulty trying to make the right pigment that we needed for our brown but we got it right then we added   lava we also added some dinosaurs as they got instinct from the volcano after that we tested out a better recipe for our volcano then learnt how they were made and how they erupted
